Warranty & Return Policy
Order Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once it ships, it's no longer eligible for cancellation and falls under our return/warranty policy below.
Returns — Change of Mind
If you'd like to return a product simply because you didn't like it (no defect), you have 30 days from delivery to initiate the return. The product must be unopened and unused and in its original condition to qualify. You'll be refunded the cost of the product minus original shipping, and you're responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Returns — Broken Product (0–30 Days)
If a part breaks within 30 days of delivery, you have the choice of a full refund (minus original shipping) or a free replacement part. You'll need to provide a photo of the broken part to process either option — no need to send the broken item back to us.
Warranty Replacement — Broken Product (31–90 Days)
If a part breaks after 30 days but within 90 days of delivery, we'll replace the broken part — not the full kit — and we'll cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement. A refund is not available during this window; replacement only. A photo of the broken part is required; no need to send the broken part back to us.
This replacement offer is limited to one per product per customer within the 90-day window (whether claimed during the 0-30 day period or the 31-90 day period). If a second part breaks after a replacement has already been issued, it will no longer qualify for a free replacement — but the customer can purchase the replacement part at a 30% discount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping Timing
We ship every order promptly Monday-Friday by 4PM and do our best to get it to you on time. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands — we can't guarantee or control delays caused by the courier.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package has not been delivered within 15 days of shipment, we'll cover the cost and send a full package replacement.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Before your order ships, you'll be asked to confirm your shipping address at checkout. By confirming, you're verifying that address is correct. Smosi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was confirmed by the customer. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an address error on the customer's end, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send a replacement.
Service Area
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States only.

It's awesome. Best dugout I've ever owned.
Wonderful product. Love it. I bought 4 so I could give 2 away. 😜✌️🔥
A very nice little dugout! The lighter holder is just right and it hold enough flower to share with many folks or to last days in my case. The bottom has these nice bowl pokers built into it that also double as an ashtray if needed. Just a wonderful all-around product from Smosi! Recommending to all my friends.
Perfect
Ordered 2 (one for a friend) and I recommend you do the same. Both price and quality are great. Compact but has plenty of room for your "tobacco" 😉. I am really super happy with it.
Love it
Perfect for my one hit needs!
well designed, very handy to use!
Thanks Smosi! Works Perfectly will definitely purchase more items. great product nice and compact! Great price!
Very convenient
Clever product and great price🤘🐥
My newest Smosi is a dual color orange and black! I bought the two pack and they forgot to send the funnels. I emailed the company and I had them in a couple of days. Excellent customer service - Excellent product. I have a doing sports checklist and my Smosi is definitely one of the items I always carry!!
Love it! Keeps everything together. Quick and discreet.
Very smart and convenient.
Love its convenience. Fits well in pocket. Keeps all my stuff together.
Really amazing piece of technology. A good deal of thought and consideration went into designing and manufacturing this device. Well done!
Great!
Plastic lid already broke off
Love the concept and the cool, different options - however, the plastic is rather flimsy and the lighter spot does NOT hold a lighter.
I love these things and have given them as gifts as well. Everyone loves them. On my second order, the Dragon had new design elements making it even better.
Amazing product. It has everything that a person needs, and with the exception of it being a bit hard to click closed, it is an amazing invention. And an elevation of the standard old one hitter designs
Love this little guy! He carries all the essentials and is compact!
It nice that everything is it in one place n it's cool
It’s nice to have everything in one pocketable container
My top snapped right off out of the box. I gave the other one to someone. Is there any type of exchange? Thanks in advance
My kit arrived defective. I’ve emailed them on multiple occasions and have not even gotten a response, yet they keep emailing me asking for a review. Do not waste your money.
Love it! Compacted but all the essentials. Very impressed with the durability of the lid hinge.
Great, practical, convenient and easy to use. Genius product.
It works great does not plug up very easy. nice to have a funnel too you can use your light to pack stuff in.
The dragon is awesome.
Because I don't smoke cigarettes, so my lighter is always handy. And the reservoir holds quite a bit.
The teeth get bent when storing. Recommend hole a bit longer.
All good here
Great product
