Order Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we're happy to cancel it and issue a full refund. Once it ships, it's no longer eligible for cancellation and falls under our return/warranty policy below.
Returns — Change of Mind
If you'd like to return a product simply because you didn't like it (no defect), you have 30 days from delivery to initiate the return. The product must be unopened and unused and in its original condition to qualify. You'll be refunded the cost of the product minus original shipping, and you're responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us.
Returns — Broken Product (0–30 Days)
If a part breaks within 30 days of delivery, you have the choice of a full refund (minus original shipping) or a free replacement part. You'll need to provide a photo of the broken part to process either option — no need to send the broken item back to us.
Warranty Replacement — Broken Product (31–90 Days)
If a part breaks after 30 days but within 90 days of delivery, we'll replace the broken part — not the full kit — and we'll cover the shipping cost to send you the replacement. A refund is not available during this window; replacement only. A photo of the broken part is required; no need to send the broken part back to us.
This replacement offer is limited to one per product per customer within the 90-day window (whether claimed during the 0-30 day period or the 31-90 day period). If a second part breaks after a replacement has already been issued, it will no longer qualify for a free replacement — but the customer can purchase the replacement part at a 30% discount.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Shipping Timing
We ship every order promptly Monday-Friday by 4PM and do our best to get it to you on time. Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery timing is out of our hands — we can't guarantee or control delays caused by the courier.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package has not been delivered within 15 days of shipment, we'll cover the cost and send a full package replacement.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Before your order ships, you'll be asked to confirm your shipping address at checkout. By confirming, you're verifying that address is correct. Smosi is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address that was confirmed by the customer. If a package is delivered to the wrong address due to an address error on the customer's end, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to send a replacement.

I really liked it, but after only a month, the top broke off. Just opened and it popped off.
Sine qua non, a Latin phrase meaning "without which, nothing", referring to an absolute requirement and this dugout kit is. Whoever designed the Evolution dugout is a genius in my opinion. I've used the old school wood dugouts for around 40 years (and I'm still alive lol) because dugouts are discreet, efficient, and portable....everybody knows that. The Evolution Dugout is even better. It's lighter, holds more herb, the pipe clogs less, it's smell proof, and it doesn't leak your herb into your pocket. The built in pokers are a nice feature too. Things are well thought out...easy to open with a flick of your thumb and closes tight, pipe doesn't get stuck down in, herb doesn't stick and accumulate on the inside lie the wood dugouts, it's small enough to carry easily yet holds more than enough herb for all your outings. I've used mine for about a month and love it....been using it during all my adventures, hanging at home doom scrolling, and will be puffing away on a chair-lift soon once the snow comes. To summarize, this dugout is something that will become an indispensable part of your life if you like to keep herb on you everywhere you go and whatever you do.
Garbage. Feels like cheap plastic. I already gave away and am looking for new ones. I’m an adult and don’t need that 3D printed garbage. Love the concept and the funnel and compacting tool - those I’ll miss.
I love it! I bought the original one in 2023. I like the improvements that were made.

PERFECT! Best thing we've come across in years! The dugout allows for looser grow and still allow one-hitter pickup. Will be ordering for friends.
Instead of just the tip, dip maybe 3/4 of the bat in the heat treatment stuff. Was not prepared for how hot that bad boy gets. Would also love to see a metal variant. And of course, a bigger one. The poker tools on the bottom are a nice touch. And the teeth on the bat work better than any bat I’ve ever used.
I Like to use it as a spare, Keeps me going. I use flower for my anxiety and it helps in wonders and multitudes.
Not as what I expected items seem to be very cheep. Also product sticks to the inside from what seems like static electricity.
I really like how handy and light the unit is. One issue is the hitter gets very hot if you move beyond the silicone. I would at this time very much recommend the Smosi over the conventional wooden dugout and hitter.

For the price I expected a little more. It's a thin plastic shell with a thin plastic insert where you keep the flower and pipe. I like the pipe, the grinder tip is interesting but beware the pipe gets so hot! Let me say that again SO HOT! You will burn yourself. I really like the filler cone and the tamper, that's a wonderful idea! if you can figure out how to cool down the pipe and lower the price a little this would be a perfect dugout
I am a huge advocate of Smosi products. I have purchased a couple of Dragons, I have purchased a couple of the evolutions. I got the big pack of bamboo swabs, and a 5 pack of micro grind bats. I love it, and customer service is top notch. They take care of their customers.

Smosi carries the best dugouts IMO. Love mine so much I bought this for my brother. I can see it’s new and improved, I’ll most likely be buying another one soon
The hitter box was good but the hitter doesn’t hit very good. I have a brass one hitter I love but the hole in the box is too small for it. Just don’t like the hitter and the way it hits!
